Pamela Dey is an experienced Artist from Ontario and teaches Adult Learners with Toronto District Continuous Learning, Art Gallery of Hamilton and Oakville Art Society.

My friend Michelle and I attended an in-person class with Pamela. Neither one of us had ever done watercolor before so it was a completely new experience for us. Pamela was very welcoming.
